These Pictures are of a wreck we went out on on the Morning of 8/5/04.  The went off the road and hit a field access drive which sent the car airbourne and the car flipped end over end at least twice finally coming to rest on the driverside of the roof.

We extricated the patient out of the passenger side front door.  The person was transported to the hospital, with a few injuries.

The patient was flown out by Samaritan.  Gas City Fire Department, Gas City Police,  Grant County Medic 9 BLS unit, Grant County Sherriff's Department, Marion General Hospital ALS unit, Upland Fire Department, and Upland Police all assisted us on the scene of this accident.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of this tragic accident that happened on I-69.  There were 2 cars, 1 box truck, 1 state dump truck, and a jeep hauling a trailer involved in this accident.  The pt's of vehicle not pictured had to be extricated out of the car using our Hurst Jaws of Life.
