Prom Demostration Pictures

These photos were taken on April 15 at the high school.  We staged a 2 car accident w/ 6 patients.  We had Lifeline Helicopter fly in for this demostration; they "flew" on of the patients out. We had 1 of the victims "Die" at the scene due to injuries.  We set the Scenio of Drinking and Driving by using beer cans all over both cars.

Special Thanks to all helping us at this scenerio:

Gas City Police Department, Gas City Fire Department, Grant County Medic 9 & 12, and Lifeline .

And Harner's Service Center for the donation of the cars, They delivered, set up, and picked up the cars from the high school.

Would like to also Thank Jeff Moorehead and Jonathan Bethely from the Chronicle-Tribune for covering this event.

We definetly can't forget to Thank the Lifeline Crew:

Bill Summerfield, Flight Medic, Mason Hendricks, Pilot, and Lisa Stringer, Flight Nurse.

And thanks to Monty Persinger for getting Lifeline in for an inservice in the morning and for getting them to fly back in for the demostration

We have already taken the door off the passenger side front seat  and removed that patient.  Here we are getting ready to extricate the back seat passenger of this car.  We remove the door to get this patient out.

This picture we have removed the roof and are working on doing a dash lift to remove the driver of this car.  All patients are free except for this one and the deceased patient.  All of the people that worked the scenerio worked great as a team.

Loading patient and using our members as tailgaurds.

We all loved working with the Lifeline crew, we done cold loads, hot loads and had a lot of hands on training with the crew.
